Customer Service Agent
Corby, Northamptonshire
Salary: cGBP13,000 per annum
Our client is an innovative, end-to-end outsourced fulfilment company based in Northamptonshire, who are looking for a Customer Service Agent to join their experienced team of personable customer service team staff.
Our client's aim is to deliver the highest quality service, on time, every time, thereby forming the basis of long-term and mutually profitable relationships with their client base. Therefore this role as a Customer Service Agent is a key part of their customer service team.
Customer Service Agent - Role
Our client has a small friendly team, the successful candidate must be prepared to 'get stuck in' where necessary.
Duties will include:
- Answering telephones
- Making outbound sales calls
- Processing orders and payments
- Data entry
- Filing
- Dealing with customer queries by phone and email
- Producing daily, weekly and monthly reports and letters
- Liaising with customers and third parties such as couriers and The Royal Mail
Customer Service Agent - Candidate requirements
Applicants must be able to work as part of a team or individually and be proactive. They should be:
- Reliable and punctual
- Work accurately
- Have excellent computer skills especially Excel, Word, Outlook and Internet Explorer
- A good telephone manner and customer service skills are expected
- Administration, sales and call centre experience would be an advantage
Customer Service Agent Salary:
Circa GBP13,000 per annum
