Customer service agent required to work in the customer support unit of a leading car company in Stockport. The role is a telephone based role, receiving mainly inbound calls. The calls range from customers wanting to book test drives to charities wanting to be considered for donations. The role is fast paced and continually changing.
£6.50 an hour, on a temp contract, up until christmas. It is working 40 hrs a week, working 9-6.00pm Monday to Thursday and a Sat 9am-6.00pm
Applicants must have previous customer service experience, ideally in a previous telephone based role. Attention to detail is also critical in this role.
