Job Description
Inbound Customer Service Agents, Southwood, Farnborough. ? 6.50ph.
This position will be temp to perm for the right person.
Main duties of role:
Receiving and processing customers orders for mail order catalogue products. Also dealing with enquiries on products. Full training will be provided.
Shifts either: 8-5, 9-6 or 10-7pm Monday to Friday.
Strong communication skills and previous call centre/customer experience desirable. Would suit customer orientated candidates.
