Customer service agents required for leading catalogue client in Burnley. The role involves receiving inbound calls from customers and upselling where possible. The nature of the calls will be customers chasing their orders, and handling queries related to where their parcels and orders are.
The roles are temp christmas ones, up until the end of the year, depending upon call volumes, starting on the 16th November 2009, paying £7.15 an hour. There are 2 shifts available which are 11am-6.30pm Monday to Friday or 2-9.30pm Monday to Friday.
