Retail Head Office - Customer Service Manager

My client a leading high street retailer is currently seeking a dynamic and focussed Customer Service Manager, who can lead their Head Office based team to success!

The position takes a very hands on approach; leading by example in providing the highest of customer service levels at all times. Motivating the team of up to 10 customer service advisors, you will ensure that all calls are answered and resolved by exceeding customer expectations whilst handling escalated queries and complaints where necessary.

Reporting to company Directors, you will be able to confidently collate reports and call figures to outline the weekly results of the team. This position also requires excellent man management skills; setting targets, giving appraisals and developing the team are all part and parcel of leading a successful department.

The ideal candidate will be able to-

• Increase morale within the call centre team
• Provide continuous team training
• Handle escalated complaints and queries efficiently
• Oversee offshore orders
• Keep up to date with legislation concerning retail law
• Communicate effectively at all levels
• Compile reports and give clear presentations
