Working on behalf of a leading outsourcer based in Belfast City Centre your role will be to provide support via telephone, email and chat with customers.
Essential criteria:
Fluency in written & spoken French
Fluency in written & spoken English
6 months customer service experience with previous experience in a telephone role
Experience in Microsoft Office & Internet
Ability to multitask, plan and prioritise workload
Desirable criteria:
6 months previous experience in IT
