We are looking for part time Customer Service Representatives to join our busy Contact Centre for 6 hours a day on Saturday, Sunday and Monday for a three month period.

In this role, you’ll be taking calls from our customers and ensuring that they receive exceptional customer service. This will include :-

• Dealing with a variety of customer enquiries, ensuring they are recorded and resolved promptly and escalated when appropriate
• During calls, informing customers of any promotional activity that is being rolled out across the contact centre (e.g. special offers)
• Accurately recording customer, order and other information on our systems, ensuring attention to detail
• Increase offerings through relevant upselling
• Working to achieve set targets
• Making some outbound information calls to let our customers know of any business information that is relevant (e.g. new store opening / marketing campaigns)
 

Candidate Profile Skills

We’re open to the background that you might come from – whilst previous customer service or contact centre experience is helpful, it’s not essential as full training and support for this role will be given. However, there are some skills and ways of working that we’re looking for :-

• Excellent communication skills, with a friendly and professional telephone manner.
• Excellent customer service skills, with the desire to deliver fantastic customer service
• Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy in data entry
• Keyboard skills
• Problem solving skills, and the desire to successfully resolve any customer issues
• Confidence to interact and upsell to customers
