You should be of a smart appearance, should be professional and should evidence first class customer care. Your timekeeping will be excellent and needless to say, you should have extremely strong communication skills and should be familiar with handling high volume incoming calls in a courteous and efficient manner..

NB - this role involves working a shift between the hours of 8am and 8pm Monday to Friday and one Saturday (9-1pm) in four, for which time willl be offered in lieu. Flexibility is key.
