Our client is a UK market leader in their specialist field. They manage and run a portfolio of websites that provides select business with a means of communicating and marketing their products to members of the public.
Currently they seek a Customer Service Strategy Manager who will be responsible for the delivery of a customer product strategy that will provide the business with growth and revenue. The successful candidate will be required to explore and deliver opportunities through robust rollout plans.The candidateās leadership, influencing, analytical skills, and relationship building will be complemented by a strategic and pragmatic approach to ensure the delivery of a maximum customer experience in the customer support arena.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
-Ā Stakeholder relationship management experience
-Experience of customer loyalty and reward programmes
-Experience of championing and driving change initiatives
-Telecoms knowledge and NGN numbers
-Customer service delivery management experience
Successful candidates will be paid 40k per annum and be willing to work from different office locations in London and Brighton.
