Our client is looking for an experienced Team Leader.
Working within a customer service based environment you will be involved in aftersales support, directly dealing with clients and assisting them with their enquiries.
You will also be responsible for a team of upto 10 staff, ensuring their performance and quality is of a suitable level and being available for any issues that may arise.
You will be a self motivated and dedicated individual who has experience from within a Customer Service environment, preferably with some supervisory or management experience.
In essence this role will be approx 80% hands on and 20% team leading.
The ideal candidate must have accurate data entry skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills and also have enthusiasm, commitment and flexibility.
Someone who has worked in a manufacturing environment would be desirable but not necessary.
