As a result of our determination to make GatwickAirport the easier airport to fly from and our continued focus on the passenger and our partners, we now have a requirement for 12 Customer Service & Passenger Operations Team Leaders. It is an exciting time to join our business, given the announcement of the sale of GatwickAirport and our programme of continuous improvement.

Leading Gatwick's Terminal security officer teams, you will be motivated to play a key role in helping the Airport realise its ambitious plans for the future. The particular challenge of these newly created roles, will centre on creating a genuine team environment where individuals and teams are constantly motivated by the needs of Gatwick's passengers and airport business partners... as well as helping generate a tangible continuous improvement culture… achieved through skilfull coaching, example & leadership.

We are looking for natural leaders with a background in Operational Management and a positive approach to change... with a proven record of continually enhancing performance by involving your team and colleagues, but also with the flexibility and commitment to be able to react effectively to suddenly changing security conditions… or other unplanned pressure situations that are part of airport life.There is a strong operational emphasis, managing a security operation working to key processes, together with the opportunity to deliver through your teams.
