Customer Service and Sales Representative,Leicester

Working in our Leicester contact centre, where we deal exclusively with commercial customers, you’ll be responsible for providing great service over the phone. A key part of it will be to help customers identify the products or services that can help them get where they want to be.

We offer both inbound and outbound roles. You will need to enjoy working on the phone, have some experience of dealing with customers, and be keen to develop your sales and service skills.
