This role pays between £6.50 - £7.00 per hour and is 9am-5pm Monday to Friday.
The role is working within the Groups Pension team and they are looking for Call Centre professionals to provide the following:
ØTake inbound calls from a variety of internal and external customers
ØProcess administration through a variety of methods
ØConduct professional letters
ØUtilise internal IT systems
ØUtilise mathematical skills
You must be an excellent communicator for this role and attention to detail is a must.
The roles are to start on the 16th November 2009. Applicants must be able to pass a Credit Search, and have access to reference details for the past 2 years.
