Customer Services Advisor (Bromley South)
The Company
Mobile5 is a fast growing, independent mobile communications company working in partnership with small/medium size businesses nationwide. We are located on Elmfield Road next door to Bromley South train station with all local amenities on our door step and easy transportation links into London and the Home Counties.
The Role
As a small business you will have the opportunity to learn about all areas of our Company. Reporting directly to the Managing Director you will be responsible for providing customer services to our existing client base and supporting our team of field Sales Agents and Franchisees. This involves offering advice on mobile phone tariffs and mobile handsets to business customers, replacing lost & stolen handsets and fulfilling sales orders.
Skills Required
The successful candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills in English, be able to think for themselves and make their own decisions with a sense of urgency. To join our team you will need to be flexible, honest and hard working with a sense of fun.
You must have an excellent telephone manor, be highly enthusiastic and have at least two years experience within a b2b customer services role. At times you may be required to work by yourself (Job references will be required and checked)
