This highly successful specialist cruise agent urgently requires Customer Services Assistants to join their Customer Services team dealing with wide range of client requirements. Immediate start is available.
Applicants MUST have previous travel industry experience preferably within a call centre environment and be an all round team player.
As a Customer Services Assistants you will undertake an array of tasks & responsibilities:
* Dealing with wide range of questions and situations including questions on specific cruise matters and dealing with cancelations.
* Dealing with the public by telephone and written correspondence
* Ensure all matters are dealt with accurately, efficiently and in a timely manner
Customer Services Assistants remuneration package:
* Basic of £15000 plus yearly bonus, approx £3000, paid monthly
* Predominantly Monday to Friday working rota (1 Saturday in 3)
Customer Services Assistants skill attributes:
* Previous travel industry experience, preferably within a customer services or call centre role
* Excellent, patient telephone manner
* Good communication and very strong administrative skills are a must
* Enthusiastic, reliable, self motivated team player who is able to work well under pressure and can multi task
