Customer Service/Telesales Advisor (Outbound & Inbound) - TEMP TO PERM OPPORTUNITY TO START ASAP Due to growth, our client a well established company basesd on the outskirts of Exeter is looking to recruit a Customer Services/Telesales Advisor. Duties will include:- Dealing with existing customer requirements by answering inbound calls and processing customer orders effectively Expanding the customer database by contacting relevant new companies by making outbound telesales calls. Upselling and cross selling products to maximise revenue Updating and maintaining correct customer information on the database Liaison with warehouse/logistics department to ensure customer expectations on delivery times are met and exceeded All administrative tasks to support the activities above. The successful candidate will have the following skills:- A flexible approach, you will be working shifts days and evenings ona weekly rotation. Excellent organisational and administrative skills Previous experience within a Customer Services/Telesales role Knowledge of the hospitality , retail/wholesale background is highly desirable Accurate Data Entry Skills Own transport is essential Training will be provided in addition. Hours of work will be shifts arranged 5 days over 7 (Shifts on a weekly rotation of 0830 to 4.00pm and 4.00pm to 12.30pm. |
