Excellent opportunity to join a well known leading FMCG company to optimise customer service and supply chain activity. This person will be responsible for ensuring that forecast within the business are most accurate of both volume and financial delivery.
·Interfaces with the Order fulfilment process (order to delivery) in order to ensure the delivery of superior customer service to accounts
·Proactively strive to improve the account’s Cost to Serve. Identify business building/efficiency opportunities through knowledge of account operations and performance – promotional, order lead times, delivery points, information flow etc.
- Collate performance metrics (KPI’s) to track and understand volume and financial forecast accuracy trends within assigned customers and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Shares performance information with the Team and customers to develop collaborative approaches to correct inefficient behaviors or fix system disconnects/failures i.e Out of Stocks (DC/shelf)
- Setup process to monitor accruals for promotion fees. Responsible for accurate set up, monitoring, revision and payment of SAP promotion rebates.
·Investigate and respond promptly to Customer Accounts on price/rebate claims received
·Continuously review promotion performance with Inventory team and CAM to manage any stock or rebate accrual issues.
The ideal candidate will be of graduate calibre with customer service, supply chain and demand forecasting experience within a consumer goods environment.
