Our client is a long established, market leading, specialist holiday company looking to recruit Customer Support Advisors.
The main responsibility of the role, based in Cardiff, is to provide excellent customer service and offer additional products and services to clients who’ve already booked their holidays. Working in modern offices in a lively, upbeat environment the successful candidate will be dealing with a range of post sales queries as part of one of the best client support teams in the industry.
This is an exciting opportunity for experienced customer service professionals to join a friendly, happy support team with a strong focus on service and repeat business.

Candidate Requirements
Strong customer service experience with experience of post sales support advantageous
Ideally experience working within the travel industry
IT literate
Experience offering and upselling additional products and services
Qualities required
Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport at all levels
Positive and professional telephone manner
Friendly, confident with a strong customer service ethic
Able to work as part of a team as well as unsupervised
Punctual and willing to work shifts and weekends
Ability to work under pressure
Passion for the travel industry
Remuneration and Hours of Work
£15,000 plus realistic OTE £20,000
40 hours per week with evenings until 8pm and weekends on a rota basis
