Customer Support UK

For this challenging role our client seeks an energetic, goal-oriented team player with professional experience in a similar position or relevant field and a service-oriented attitude. Experience in the travel or credit card industry would be extremely beneficial. The successful candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills, strong time-management abilities and organisational skills. Strong knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Word is a plus. This role requires a highly motivated, experienced professional capable of working with a top performing and enthusiastic team in a fast paced environment with challenging deadlines.

The role will include:

·Communicating with local and international customers and prospects; giving them first level support on all aspects of products and services.

·Handling the requests of business customers and offering cooperation partners in the travel agencies information around services.

·Liaising extensively with the operations centre and head office and assisting account management with their specific customer requests.

·Performing other ad hock tasks

Aptitude and initiative are essential qualities to be successful in this role, as you will have to think on your feet and deliver appropriate solutions whilst supporting your team.
