CLIENT

Our client, a prestigious company located in the Tyne and Wear area is looking to expand their customer services team by appointing a French speaking Administrator.

JOB

·Input all customer order details.

· Record all customer order amendments promptly and accurately.

·Update collection sheets.

·Action picks to enable accurate stock distributions.

·Maintain up to date weekly status reports.

·Handle customer written and verbal requests and action accordingly.

·Organise and file sales administration documents.

·Deputise in respect of sales management duties when requested by your line manager or in their absence.

·Use own initiative to identify and develop effective solutions to the problems encountered in delivering “First Class” account management

·Any other ad hoc duties as requested by your Line Manager

CANDIDATE
