This is a busy and varied role, working for an expanding local company. Your role will combine both your customer service and administrator skills . You will be liaising with internal and external colleagues and clients, taking and processing orders, sending out quotations, delivery coordination, query resolution whilst ensuring a high level of customer service is achieved at all times.
