In line with their Group objectives to grow their corporate business, they are now seeking to recruit an additional high calibre Corporate DC Pensions Administrator, who will be able to provide an efficient and effective sales support administrative support to their consultants.
Whilst the key emphasis of the role will be focused on providing administration support to their corporate group pensions business the individual may be expected to provide additional support to their private client team during periods of absence or where workloads dictate.
Key areas of involvement will include:
Delivering efficient customer service to existing clients, both in writing and orally, in order to maintain and further develop their excellent client relationships.
Providing effective administrative support to a dynamic team of consultants in areas such as preparation of client presentations, governance reporting, new business pitches and corporate communication exercise.
Preparing annual review packs including unsecured pension and investment reviews.
Processing of applications, fund switch requests and transfers.
Active participation as a team member, to achieving team targets and objectives.
Skills and Personal Attributes Required:
To be successful you will need to demonstrate the following skills, experience and personal attributes:
Previous relevant experience of pension’s administration gained within either an Insurance or IFA environment is essential. Although not essential, additional experience gained within the private client administration area would be considered favourably including investments, personal pensions and protection.
Candidates ideally should be studying for CF (formerly FPC) qualifications or equivalent. Be able to conduct and collate research using relevant platforms and portals.
Computer literacy e.g. excel, word, PowerPoint, outlook. In addition previous experience of
