Job Role

This Senior Solicitor requirement is working within the Firms "Large Loss" team. You will be responsible for providing a proactive, practical and cost effective service for defending Large Loss and Catastrophic injury claims. This division is responsible for advising on amputations, brain injury, multiple injuries , spinal injuries, Regional Pail syndrome / fibromyalgia and other chronic pain syndromes.
You will have a background in dealing with multi track cases up to £250,000 in value, and have a good level of expertise doing straight forward Personal Injury EL, PL and motor cases. TO be considered for this role you would at least need 5 years Defendant Personal Injury experience. We require a lawyer who has gained the necessary experience for the position advertised. The PQE identified on this advertisement is a guide only and does not preclude applications from those with more or less PQE.
