Deputy Store Manager - Leading Blue Chip Retailer
The Company:
Our client is a leading large non food retailer. They are one of the major retail success stories, trading from large out of town locations, placing a large emphasis on customer service and efficient operational skills. Looking for Deputy Store Managers in the Buckinghamshire / Hertfordshire area, Bletchley, Stevenage, Aylesbury, Letchworth and the Dunstable region are possible designate destinations amongst many . They are offering a fantastic salary of up to £29k dependant on experience.
Job Role - Deputy Store Manager:
- Assisting the Store Manager in managing and controlling the overall operation of the store
- Reviewing and securing the required level of profitability
- Recruiting, training and developing staff to encourage effective performance and prepare them for progression to their next role
- Maintaining high levels of customer service
Key Attributes - Deputy Store Manager:
- Previous retail management or deputy management in a fast paced customer service driven arena
- A flexible person with a very “hands on” approach to management
- Very customer service orientated
- A “people person” with strong training and development skills
- Strong sales skills
