My client one of the major players in construction, across various sectors including retail, health, education, defence, leisure, commercial, food, residential and industrial Clients.
Projects include new build, refurbishment, conversion and fit-out throughout East Anglia ranging up to £20m.
They require the services of a Design & Build Coordinator/Senior D&B Coordinator with Main Contractor Building Experience.
Requirements:
Assist on pre-construction activities and tender opportunities. On some projects the role may extend to site based design coordination. Control and interrogate the activities of external design consultants.
You may come from a construction/project manager background, although a practical design background would be considered.
