Our client is a consulting services business with a raft of high profile eCommerce clients. They are seeking a switched-on Senior Consultant, Digital & Multi-Channel to make sure their clients’ brands are more customer-centric.
You will be providing consulting services to some of the world’s leading retail and service brands by understanding the potential form their consumers and helping them to better understand the customers’ needs.
You will develop customer-led strategies – using customer understanding to increase customer focus of products and services.
They are for people with ‘big brand’ experience. Preferred backgrounds include online gaming or eCommerce in a major online retailer or pure play. Must have eCommerce exposure, acquisition marketing, e-CRM & operational customer management experience.
