Recruitment is the leading rec to rec firm specialising in recruitment roles
within Design and Communications. We are looking for a consultant to join the
design team of this leading creative recruiter. The role will be to recruit
designers, artworkers and production professionals within the
creative/integrated/advertising marketing sectors. The desk is very warm as the
last recruiter only left on Friday so your main responsibility will be
to manage the existing business - with a secondary role of targeting and
developing relationships with new candidates and clients. The client is a very
communicative, collegiate and consultative recruiter so a graet deal of
emphasis will be on sharing knowledge of the marketplace with clients and
candidates as well as with colleagues. As a result it is essential that you
will have had exposure to recruiting within the creative market although that
may be perhaps as little as for six months .
You will need to be honest, professional and entrepreneurial with a genuine
passion for what you do. Superb relationship building skills and a desire to
achieve and succeed are also important. In return you will be given an
environment that gives you freedom and the autonomy to get on with your job
whilst at the same time offering the support you need to maintain a
professional, quality driven service to your clients.
Basic salary will be between £20,000 and £25,000 depending on experience and
you should realistically be able to add as much again in bonus payments.
