This well established tour operator based in Surrey is looking for an experienced Direct marketing manager to join their successful Marketing department. The company have been established for more than 20 years and offer specialist and unique holidays to worldwide destinations. As the Assistant Direct Marketing manager you will help develop a direct Marketing plan to help increase retention, recommendations and acquisition.
Role of Assistant Direct Marketing Manager:
* Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing and responsible for 2 Executives
* Manage relationships with key partners and customers
* Responsible for budget as well as being expected to achieve targets
* Responsible for all offline marketing (PR, Advertising, Events and Brochure Production)
* Work closely with the Digital Marketing Team and ensure consistency of communication with both offline and online.
Necessary Assistant Direct Marketing Manager experience:
* Must have direct Marketing experience within the travel industry
* Staff management experience
* Have a strong understanding of direct marketing and project management
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to communicate at all levels as well as having a persuasive manner
* Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail and the ability to multi task
