Multi disciplinary construction consultancy is looking to
recruit a dynamic and ambitious individual to develop their Leeds
office.
The right individual will have a successful background in
the Northern business community, and enjoy relationships with banks, lenders,
investors and solicitors in the region.
The successful candidate will not necessarily be from the
construction market as candidates with a background in finance or law will have
a good understanding of the companies’ core services, from corporate recovery
and distressed real estate to funding due diligence and expert witness.
As Director you will have wide-spread exposure to the
business environment and their clients. You will have authority to act in the
name of the company and your actions will have a considerable impact on the
future direction of the Northern operation.
A
successful applicant will have single point responsibility for the Leeds office in terms of financial performance, service
delivery, resourcing, quality control, business development and client care.
On
agreement of a business plan with the partners you will be given full access to
the company’s resource in terms of both finance and people.
This
