DIRECTOR – IT RECRUITMENT – LONDON
One of the fastest growing Finance Recruitment Companies in London has a unique opportunity for an experienced IT Team Manager / Senior Consultant to step up into a Director Level position to drive forward a new IT Recruitment venture alongside their expanding business.
Having already secured commitment from major IT clients within their existing business, you will be tasked with all aspects of creating an aspiring brand from inception.From sales and marketing to hiring your own team, establishing long term client relationships and day to day operations you will have full autonomy to grow and develop the brand under your direction.
Targeting London and the UK for an initial 12 month period, there is every intention to branch out internationally after year 1. There will be a varied client base including leading companies within the Commerce and Industry, Retail, Marketing, FMCG and Digital area space. Some leading blue chip brands include Apple, Virgin, Sony and Barclays.
The current business in only 5 years has successfully established itself and last year alone turn-over reached £22m. This led to the client being recognised as the 10th privately owned fastest growing company in the UK in the "Virgin fast track 100" .With an established client base with PSL’s in place, there is every confidence that this new venture will mirror previous successand ensure a smooth exit strategy within 4-5 years.
Remuneration package: Basic salary: £60 - £85, OTE £150k plus along with equity stake in the business.Year 2 – OTE 170K+ dependant on performance. Ultimately, you will have the opportunity to recruit, develop and inspire staff whilst creating a sector leading brand.
