DM Account Manager – Swindon – Up to £25,000 + lots of exciting training opportunities (CIM, NVQs etc)
DM Account Manager needed urgently for a leading DM Agency in Swindon.My client is a leader in Direct Marketing solutions covering data, direct mail, online and print in broadest sense.Due to continued growth and a newly acquired key account and experienced DM Account Manager is needed.
Candidates will have previous Account Management experience, excellent customer facing skills, absolute dedication to delivery, and demonstrable multitasking skills.Whilst the key focus will be on Direct Mail campaigns (mail packs) you’ll be encouraged to learn lots of different DM techniques covering their full service offering – with this comes the opportunity to complete lots of industry recognised training courses funded by them (e.g CIM diploma, NVQs etc).
Part of your role will be to advise customers on bigger and better solutions that are available to them – database management, data processing, mailing lists, contact centre, data capture, and of course direct mail.
Perhaps you’re current position is growing a little stale and you’re looking for a more exciting role that will cover the full breadth of DM campaigns, perhaps you’re interested in learning new skills, or simply fancy a change.If you are an experienced DM Account Manager and live within commutable distance of Swindon we’d love to hear from you.
One of the key is a locally based charity, so experience managing DM campaigns in the charity sector would be a real bonus although not essential.
