We are currently searching for a strong DUAL-SITE CONCESSION MANAGER for a luxury retailer located in HARVEY NICHOLS, KNIGHTSBRIDGE!
THIS IS A DUAL-SITE MANAGEMENT ROLE, WHERE YOU WILL BE MANAGING BOTH WOMENSWEAR AND MENSWEAR CONCESSIONS WITHIN HARVEY NICHOLS. You will also be able to partake in a new concept that the brand are introducing next year which you will have full involvement with.
As a leading luxury brand in the retail market, you must have previous experience of working within high-end fashion brands. This is a fantastic opportunity for a department manager who desires a much sales-focused, operational role within an ever-growing, in-style company.
The successful candidate must have previous or current LUXURY experience as a MANAGER
*The ideal candidate should be well-spoken and well-presented….professionalism is essential for this role!
*You MUST HAVE A CLEAR UNDERSTANDING of KPI's and targets.
*You must obtain excellent communication skills in order to maintain a good relationship with your team and customers at all levels.
*You must maintain an enthusiastic, motivating, "can-do" attitude at all times. This is to ensure you develop, mentor and relate to your team with regards to driving sales forward and to maintain a professional, hard-working, successful workforce.
