Our client is an international player in IT solutions with a dynamic network of people dedicated to providing innovative solutions across a broad range of business sectors.
Primary role will be to provide resolution to Help Desk service requests within a timely manner and to demonstrate technical expertise and exceptional customer service skills.
Main responsibilities:
- Demonstrate and promote superior customer service in handling enquiries, problems, and complaints
- Interact with customers via telephone, e-mail, etc. providing technical support and problems solving abilities
- Analyse customer problems and formulate plans of resolution
- Assist in evaluating new products and technologies introduced at the helpdesk
Skills required:
- Fluent in Danish and English both verbal and written
- Previous Helpdesk experience is an advantage
- Ability to work under pressure by handling multiple assignments simultaneously
