Job Role

Excellent opportunity managing a team of 3 in:
Management of all accountable Direct Mail campaigns being processed through List Management.
Relationship Management with internal and external customers
Continue to use own initiative in identifying ways of improving the current processes
Management/Coaching & Development of team

Technical Skills/Competencies
Good understanding of Direct marketing activity within ECM & Prospect Environment
Excellent technical skills, especially SAS and SQL. With an aptitude and appetite to gain new skills rapidly.
Excellent data handling and analytical skills with an attention to detail.
Ability to identify priorities and prioritise multiple work streams.
Ability to communicate in a competent manner to both internal and external customers.
Experience of leading and developing a small team helpful but not essential
