We currently have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Database Coordinator, to join a busy team of this leading City Centre organisation.
Working within the Marketing and IT department, you must have at least 2-3 years experience in a database environment, HTML knowledge and be a confident communicator.
Duties will include:
- Continually assessing and improving current practices and processes
- Selling in the benefits of the database, and all the other Marketing IT systems, and encouraging usage across the EMEA & Asia business.
- Good knowledge of all the Marketing IT systems and databases.
- Training users , provide one to one and group training
- Carrying out complex searches and suggesting ways of carrying out work.
- Working alongside other departments to identify specific needs and the best way to achieve aims
- Managing and implanting projects that improve the systems usage, quality, or processes.
- Working closely with the IT learning team to ensure all training materials are up to date and relevant.
You will be proactive in your approach, confident in your delivery and enjoy working in a challenging environment.
Monday - Friday 9am-5pm
£24,000 - £25,000pa
