Up to £40,000 + excellent benefits inc. generous staff discountLeicesterResponsible for our internal Hyperion Essbase databases and reports, it'll be down to you to ensure that new Hyperion Essbase databases and reports are built to meet the business requirements.
About the role
Developing and maintaining our internal Hyperion Essbase databases and applications, you'll ensure that they meet our business requirements. You'll then make sure information from our databases is readily available – using various Hyperion Essbase, Oracle and SQL tools to extract the data needed to create the high quality reports that drive our future strategies. You'll also act as a mentor to the rest of the IS team, sharing your database expertise and offering general Hyperion and Oracle support.
About you
With a solid background in database development and support, you'll know how to design, build and maintain databases that are accurate and efficient to extract information from. Technically, you should be well versed in Hyperion Essbase, Oracle and SQL with excellent analytical skills. A talented problem-solver and a natural communicator, you'll also need the ability to build strong internal relationships.
