Working within a busy office and liasing with drivers, depots and customers with regards to Proof of Deliveries, invoices and customer paperwork.
To ensure pod’s/paperwork received from Drivers are debriefed and processed accurately.
Responsible for enquring all POD’s are signed and include all details including vehicle information, job number and in/out times have been recorded.
Stamping and signing all paperwork if it’s correct / complete, querying with the driver if any information is incorrect
Checking and signing driver log sheets, filing and archiving log sheets efficiently for later reference. Faxing, batching of specific customer pods and driver log sheets and logging all debrief information onto inhouse system.
Logging drivers expenses onto inhouse system.
Previous administration experience is required to work in this busy office environment, together with knowledge of transport and POD’s
.Candidates must be organised, quick learners and work well under pressure and this is a demanding role.
Would suit person with a keen eye for detail, good excel skills and administration background. Own transport will be a more convenient due to location.
