Our client, a well established Debt Management Company based in Bolton, is looking to recruit Debt Management Advisors to join their team. The company is situated close to the motorway and has excellent onsite facilities and a warm and friendly atmosphere also there is a free car park.
The successful candidate will need to be experienced in debt management and have the ability to hit and exceeded targets on a regular basis. You must be able to work flexible hours of 37.5hrs a week which may include some evening and weekends. You must be target driven and money motivated to succeed in this Sales environment.
Duties include;
·Dealing with pre-qualified leads and calling clients to offer best advice relating to debt
·Utilising negotiation skills and competent judgement to identify client needs and match to the products and services.
·Objection handling
·Closing negotiations, completing files and actioning administration in a timely manner.
·Active file organisation and management, electronically update files where necessary.
·Handling inbound advisor calls, transferring where appropriate.
·Meeting and exceeding external client expectations and internal KPI’s / relationships
In return the company will offer a salary of 18k – 20k OTE 35k uncapped.
