We are a leading electrical and furniture high street retail company. Our customers purchase electrical products, appliances and furniture and pay us weekly in-store or monthly via direct debit. We are currently looking for a Debt Manager within the Bradford store.
If you are someone who possesses good negotiation skills, the ability to build positive working relationships with customers and have a drive for success, then this is the perfect career move for you.
As one of our Debt Managers your primary responsibility would be to ensure that our customers make their payments promptly. You would make telephone contact with those customers, write correspondence and if necessary, visit them in their home to resolve the problem. Where a problem cannot be resolved, you may collect and return products to the store. You would also be responsible for taking customers payments and you will be involved in selling additional products to our existing customers.
This is a very target and results oriented position with the focus on customer service and collections. You must be able to demonstrate the enthusiasm and desire to achieve set targets and excellent training will be provided. A clean driving licence is essential.
