The Role:
To provide a debt recovery
service for a variety of blue chip clients by making outbound calls and
receiving incoming calls, advising and influencing debtors on payment options
for debt recovery and to carry out administrative activities relating to the
management of consumer accounts. Deliver a consistently professional standard of
service, achieving a high level of collections at all times. Take responsibility
and ownership for resolving caller problems / issues and advise callers what
action will be taken.
Experience
Required:
Persuasive, assertive, level headed professional
individual who is punctual, well organized and able to deal with and solve
queries and complaints without supervision. Must be able to work using own
initiative, be accurate with excellent communication/negotiation skills. IT
Literate with microscopic attention to detail and able to work well within a
team. Must have strong outbound sales or debt recovery experience
Salary negotiable, excellent bonus
structure with ote upto £30k
Hours:
Monday to Friday (one in three Saturdays over 2 months
with a day in lieu)
Rotating shifts one week 8.30am –
4.30pm, the next 11.30am-8pm
