Are you looking for work in a busy environment?
Our client is an established credit management company, who work on behalf of some of the UKS leading high street banks, retailers and finance organisations. They have opportunities for Collections Telephone Negotiators to join their dynamic team in Stratford Upon Avon.
This role involves speaking to customers inbound and outbound telephone calls to negotiate outstanding monies. This will involve reaching agreements on defaulting accounts as well as dealing with any queries. There will also be an element of written correspondence and data entry so you should be computer literate. You will receive full training and support to do this role, so previous experience is not essential.
Salary & Financial Benefits:
£12,500 starting salary (based on a 35 hour week)
After 6 months, with proven good performance salary is increased to £13000
At this stage a 42 hour contract is also offered, resulting in an increase in salary to £15,600
After 3 months of employment, overtime is generally available
Monthly bonus starting at £300
Salaries are pro rata for part time roles

Shifts:
Full time staff are generally asked work one "early" shift a week, two "late shifts" a week and 3 "days". You will also be required to work two in four Saturdays.
*Early shifts - 8am - 4pm
*Day shifts - 9am - 5pm
*Late shifts - 12noon - 8pm
*Saturdays - 9am - 12 noon
