Sodexo Facilities Management are offering you an exciting opportunity to work as part of the Catering Equipment Support administration team. The team is an integral part of the business providing administrative control, client/supplier communication and improvement in business processes.

The role will include scheduling of work, processing calls and collating information to be passed to the invoicing team. Communicating with both in house teams & subcontractors arranging attendance to sites, following up on completion of works and subcontractor invoices.

You will have previous experience of working on an FM helpdesk or as part of a service centre team. An excellent communicator you will able to plan, document and produce a high level of work.

Full training of in house management system (Siclops) will be provided.

Skills/Education
Minimum of 5 GCSES or equivalent – including Maths and English
Intermediate Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
Experience of a CAFM system would be desirable but not essential
