Defendant Personal Injury Solicitor - This is a chance for an experienced Defendant Personal Injury Solicitor to join an expanding team within the Liverpool office dealing predominantly with Multi Track motor claims. The successful candidate will be handling their own caseload of Litigated Defendant Multi Track matters on behalf of major insurance companies hence Defendant Insurance Litigation experience is essential.
Defendant Personal Injury Solicitor - Key Responsibilities:
- Handling own caseload of Defendant Insurance Litigated Multi Track Motor claims.
- Assisting junior members of the team.
- Manage and develop customer relationships with clients.
Defendant Personal Injury Solicitor - Qualifications and Experience:
- Previous experience handling Defendant Multi Track Motor claims essential.
- Experience of Case Management Systems would be ideal but not essential.
