Newly created role for a Delivery/Vetting Manager to lead a team within a fast paced contact centre environment.
This role would suit an individual with previous Management and delivery experience gained within a large contact centre environment.
Remit will involve:
- Change Management, Improvement Management, Staff Managements and managing budgets.
- Leading and developing a team
- Dealing with a large stakeholder base.
- Data Analysis activities.
Candidates will have experience in using Word, Excel, PowerPoint and bespoke computer packages, and experience in in Lean and Sigma would be desirable.
