DEMI CHEF DE PARTIE - WILTSHIRE - 2AA Rosettes, £14k Live in Demi Chef de Partie required in Wiltshire for this Lovely Gastronomic Country Inn set in acres of gardens. The country inn dates back to the 18th Centure and has all the original charm and features with an informal and easy going atmosphere. The hotel are looking for an enthusiastic Demi Chef de Partie who is looking to learn the best cooking techniques from a professional hard working brigade. As Demi Chef de Partie you must have at least two years experience working within a high level professional kitchen.
The hotel has a 50 Cover 2AA Rosette fine dining restaurant plus outside terrace and private dining. The menu is modern british in design and is put together using fresh local produce reflecting regional flavours that each season produces.
As Demi Chef de Partie you will be responsible for mis en place and be trained in all areas of the kitchen supporting the senior chefs in producing food which is cooked to the highest standard. You will also be trained to run different sections of the kitchen therefore you must be looking for a challenge.
