The hotel is located in the heart of the New Forest. It is small but once through the doors a treat for all!! With its up to date decor and contemporary look it offers a modern and luxurious break for anyone wanting to relax.

The client is looking for a new recruit to complete the kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have previous kitchen experience however rosette experience is not essential. A passion for success and creating an excellent cuisine is paramount.
