We require an experienced Childcare professional to work in a 6-bedded children's home in Blackpool as a Deputy Manager.
The home caters for children aged 11-18 with EBD, and we require candidates who have extensive experience of working with children with challenging behaviour and experience of supervising staff teams.
Candidates must have achieved an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in a relevant childcare subject.
The position has a salary of £22,600 - £25,250 depending on experience.
