We are recruiting exclusively for a well known Fashion retailer within all Flagship management remits within Central London .
Key locations of focus are Westfield , Oxford street, Regent street, Bond street, Whiteleys to name a few.
The role
* Delivers the brand concept.
* Is knowledgeable about all fashion and product trends and relates this to each individual store
remit
* Delivers excellent visual impact to drive sales densities by ensuring their brands are merchandised
to the highest standards
* Uses commercial tools as a basis for VM decisions
* Has a 'customer first' mentality and drives customer loyalty through excellent standards and
service
* Looks for trends and patterns that emerge to maximise sales opportunities
* Drives profit through all their allocated brands by ensuring all promotional activity is managed in a
proactive way
* Is obsessed with sales and is KPI focused at all times
* Puts actions in place to minimise stock loss
* Lead, inspire and develop the team through the sales advisor competencies
* Identify and act upon individual/team development requirements to support the Store succession
plan
* Builds excellent relationships with the Field/Head Office teams and external businesses to
influence stock packages, visual merchandising, brand initiatives, etc
* Gives feedback on store and area wide issues
* Manages visits/meetings and maintain a high profile with Area Manager and all Brand
representatives.
* Leads by example in all of the above
Ideal Candidate Profile
* Proven management experience from within a fashion related environment
* Experience of managing the complexities of a multi brand business
* Managed a team of 25-35 or more in a fashion retail, flagship environment with a turnover of at
least £3m. You must have strong branded high street fashion experience

Salary between £20000 and £28000 dependant on location and experience
