DEPUTY HOME MANAGER - RGN REGISTERED GENERAL NURSE - HENLEY ON THAMES, OXFORD, RGN ESSENTIAL!
Eclypse Recruitment are currently looking to recruit a Deputy Home Manager for a 46 bedded home in Henley on Thames, Oxford. The home provides nursing, residential and respite care for elderly people with physical, frailty, dementia and confusion and mental infirmity.
We are looking for a Registered Nurse (GENERAL OR MENTAL HEALTH) to work in this nursing home in Henley on Thames ,Oxford!
It is a nursing home for the elderly frail and for those with mental health needs , they need a Deputy Home manager!
It is part of a larger organisation so the potential for career progression and development is definitely available for the right candidates.
The ideal candidate will be:-
Registered Nurse which is essential (either General or Mental Health)
Previous Unit Manager or Deputy Manager Experience
Genuine care and commitment to the elderly
Supervisory experience
