One of the UKs most favoured high street brands are currently looking for a Manager in their Ladieswear department, this is our highest sales volume department, so you will need to be have experience in a fast-paced fashion retail environment and not afraid of hard work! The ideal Candidate will possess the following skills:
- Experience as a Deputy Manager, Store Manager within a fast paced, high volume retail high street or out of town brand.
- Strong leadership in a complex, dynamic environment with a high level fast pace environment
- A passion for customer service and proven track record in managing and leading people, with experience of training and developing a store team through effective performance management.
- You will need to be KPI driven, trading focused and have a strong understanding of market trends, customer needs and your competition.
